Shortly after graduating from university a chance encounter between Marion and Victoria in her local florist's led to the formation of their successful partnership.

Marion combines her love of creative floristry and gardening with the business side of Lavenders Blue. She has been involved in many projects around the UK and the USA, building large exhibition designs and gardens in a variety of styles.

She lectures extensively on all aspects of business management and small business startups and introduced and ran courses for Women Returners to Work. She is currently an advisor in the Young Enterprise scheme enabling 6th Formers in London schools to experience the challenges of the business world.
